Challenge 1: Uneven printing pressure on curved surfaces results in rough edges on the fonts;

To address the above issues, Taoxing adopted a customized solution: The automatic positioning system of the fire extinguisher screen printing machine calibrates the bottle angle to ensure consistent adhesion throughout the printing process; high-tension screens (tension maintained at 25–30N) and special fire safety marking inks are selected, with viscosity controlled within the standard range; and an automatic balancing squeegee adjusts the pressure and angle (45°–60°) to resolve blurring issues; after printing, the ink is processed using rapid drying equipment to ensure thorough curing and improve wear resistance.

2. Equipment debugging: Install the screen according to the marking size, fine-tune the distance between the screen frame and the bottle body through the fire extinguisher screen printing machine, and set the printing speed, pressure and drying parameters;
3. Trial Printing and Calibration: Use semi-finished bottles to perform trial printing, check the clarity and positional deviation of the markings, and optimize the parameters;
4. Batch printing: Start the semi-automatic curved surface screen printing machine to automatically complete the feeding, printing, and ink return processes;
5. Curing and Drying: After printing, the ink is processed by the drying equipment on the unloading platform to ensure complete curing;

IV.Operating Precautions and Maintenance
Precautions during operation: Before starting the machine, check the air source (6 bar) and power supply to ensure that the equipment is operating normally; do not allow hard objects to hit the touch screen; ink mixing must be precise and different types should be avoided.
